FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

flickDONE & molemole FAQ

About Our Company

A. flickDONE is a tech-based social venture that uses deep tech, like AI, to solve social problems. Our mission is "Breaking Barriers, Building Futures." We aim to solve information inequality for visually impaired people to create a world of equal education and opportunity for everyone.
A. We saw a clear need in the braille content market. To solve this long-term problem, we believe a self-sustaining business model is essential. A social venture allows us to generate profits and reinvest them back into solving the problem. This ensures we can continue our mission for the long run, rather than relying only on temporary support.

About Our Service

A. In simple terms, it's an AI Agent that automatically turns any digital content into braille and tactile content. You can upload any file like a PDF or image, and our Vision AI understands the entire structure—including text, math formulas, tables, and graphs—and converts it into braille and tactile data on the cloud.
A. The biggest differences are 'understanding' and 'automation'. While most software only converts text based on rules, our molemole AI uses a hybrid approach to understand the full context of a document, including complex formulas and images. It also offers a more user-friendly experience, like using voice chat to search for and convert content.
A. We are working hard to launch the beta service for the molemole AI SaaS Platform in the second half of 2025.

About Our Products

A. We developed two specialized printers to perfectly handle two different types of information: text and graphics. • molemole Em-boxer T1 (Braille Text Printer): This compact printer is for quickly and affordably printing text content like words and formulas. • molemole Puff-Creator G1 (Tactile Graphics Printer): This innovative printer creates 3D-like tactile graphics, allowing users to feel images, charts, and diagrams with their fingertips.
A. Affordability and convenience. Traditional braille printers are large, expensive industrial machines. Our molemole printers are designed to be small enough for any home, school, or office, and priced reasonably for everyone to consider. They are also IoT-enabled, so you can print remotely with ease.
A. The 'molemole Em-boxer T1' for text is scheduled for release in the first half of 2026. The 'molemole Puff-Creator G1' for tactile graphics is currently in the R&D stage, and we plan to launch it after 2027.

How to Use & Support

A. Our solution is designed for everyone: • Visually impaired students and individuals: Create your own books and learning materials. • Parents and teachers: Easily make custom educational materials for your children and students. • Companies and organizations: Make reports and internal documents accessible for employees with visual impairments and practice ESG management. • Publishers and content creators: Easily convert your content into braille and tactile formats to reach a new audience.
A. Not at all. One of our main goals is to enable people who don't know braille to easily create high-quality content for the visually impaired. The interface is designed to be simple and intuitive. You can use it with just a few simple steps, like taking a photo with your phone or dragging and dropping a file. Also, after our beta launch, we plan to fully comply with web accessibility (a11y) standards and enhance voice control features. We are committed to continuously improving the service so that our global users with visual impairments can use it conveniently themselves.
